In his new capacity, Dearman will develop and lead DHG Dealerships’ strategy, including overseeing services for over 2,500 dealership clients, located in all 50 states.
With more than 30 years of experience working with dealerships and their owners, Dearman brings to the table a wealth of knowledge in dealership tax and advisory services. Based in DHG’s Memphis office, Dearman will lead a 25-partner leadership team and more than 160 professionals dedicated to serving the dealership industry.

Dearman succeeds Tim York, who has served as Managing Partner of DHG Dealerships since 2012. York will continue to work closely with Dearman and the dealerships team and clients as he simultaneously assumes the firm-wide leadership role of Managing Partner of Industries.
