According to Manheim Consulting, the Manheim Used Vehicle Value Index fell again in July. Manheim said wholesale used vehicle prices declined 1.8% in July. This was the fourth consecutive monthly decline and brought the Manheim Used Vehicle Value Index to a level of 121.2, down 3.7% from a year ago.
