Alan Ram’s Proactive Training Solutions, the industry leader in automotive sales and management training, today announced that Ryan Spoerl has joined the Company as Vice President of Sales and Operations, reporting directly to Shelley Ram-Saban, CEO. As the Company expands its national footprint and extends training support across the automotive management industry, Spoerl will be responsible for driving additional value for existing dealership customers, streamlining operations and securing new accounts.

Spoerl brings more than 30 years of auto industry expertise, with experience in automotive operations, multi-OEM partnerships, digital marketing, retail sales, customer service and training.  Over the course of his career, Ryan has worked with Southeast Toyota, JM&A and most recently, Dealer Inspire.

Prior to joining Alan Ram’s team, Spoerl was South Central Region Vice President at Dealer Inspire, where he built and oversaw a team of client service managers in the southwest region of the US. He opened the first Dealer Inspire regional office in Austin, Texas. Prior to that he helped dealers on a day-to-day basis with inventory, marketing, hiring and store operations as a District Manager for Southeast Toyota and JM&A.
