Experienced industry executives Ken Hale and Laurie Long join as chief financial officer (CFO) and vice president, client services, respectively, to bolster IMN’s leadership group and help steer the company toward continued market success.

Hale joins IMN as CFO, where he will lead IMN’s finance and operations departments and drive disciplined financial growth. A senior executive with extensive financial, operational, general management and international experience, Hale previously served as CFO and treasurer at GlassHouse, a leading global provider of data center consulting, technology integration and managed services. Prior to that, he was CFO at AptSoft/Wheelhouse Corporation, CFO at NaviSite, Inc., and senior manager, audit and tax, at Ernst & Young.
In her role as vice president, client services, Long will ensure that the needs of IMN’s customers are balanced with the strategic business goals of the company. Long joins IMN from Axeda, a cloud platform provider for connected products and M2M applications, where she served as a vice president, professional services. Previously, Long was vice president, customer success at Unica (acquired by IBM), a marketing solutions provider, where she established and led a global customer success function. Before that, Long held client services leadership positions at MarketSoft, Onyx Software and Webhire.
Both Hale and Long come to IMN as the company expands its service portfolio to include IMN Social Driver™, a fully managed service that extends IMN’s automotive industry intelligence and content publishing expertise beyond the digital newsletter to social networks. IMN Social Driver is designed to enable dealers to take advantage of social media-based reputation management, socially-driven marketing strategies and enhanced search engine optimization (SEO) capabilities by distributing custom content across blogs and social media networks like Facebook and Twitter.
