Consider taking some pictures of your service department: from the street, from inside, and views the customer has from inside the waiting room. Does it look dirty? Old? Are there hazards? How are parts displayed? Consider replacing old chairs, make sure your customer restrooms stay clean and separate from techs, and do a smell-test on the facility overall. Other good tips include:
