Digital Dealer is coming back to Tampa and this year’s event will include even more networking opportunities and boasts an agenda packed with actionable and interactive sessions – deep dives, labs, fireside chats and talks, and more. We’ve also added all-new conference tracks for Tampa! Following are a few key details and exciting additions to Digital Dealer Tampa (May 1-3, 2023).

Digital Dealer Tampa – But 2.0!

The agenda will include:

• • Even more ways to connect and generate new business ideas with the dealership community with more networking opportunities
  • Expo experiences focused on exploring innovative solution providers that will help fill any gaps your business currently has
  • New session formats designed to bring actionable insights and hands-on training
  • All-new conference tracks designed to give you a game plan on how to react to the latest trends in the marketplace

A Twist & Quick Overview

If you’ve been to Digital Dealer, you’re probably used to the show’s two full days and the half day at the end, but we’re flipping it for Tampa!

The show will kick off on May 1 with badge pickup, a new Digital Dealer Mastermind (open to dealership executives/owners and upper management—GMs and GSMs; and OEMs), and the Digital Dealer Party at AMSO! And there are some meetups mixed in too! This year’s show will feature events for First-Time Dealership and OEM Attendees, as well as those looking to connect and network during the Launching Leaders: Women’s Meetup.

On May 2, the expo hall will open earlier than in years past– giving you even more time for networking, product demos, and discovering new auto retail solution providers! Breakfast will also be ready for you to enjoy at 8 am before the opening keynote!

May 2 and May 3 will both be full conference and expo days.

The agenda will be PACKED with sessions and some exciting new additions, including:

• • Hosted Dealer – This new networking program enables selected dealership attendees to meet with a variety of vendors via a series of quick 1:1s in a reverse-expo-style format.
  • Talks and Fireside Chats – Attend 20-minute talks and fireside chats (small-group exchanges) throughout the show in the expo hall.
  • Digital Dealer Labs – These interactive 90-minute sessions include a mix of small-group roundtable discussions, workbook-style exercises, expert insights, and tactical training where you apply the learnings in-session.
  • Exchanges – Share ideas and discuss best practices and current challenges/successes in 90-minute exchange sessions! You drive the discussions, choosing the topics you want to talk about at the beginning of the session.
  • Digital Dealer Mastermind – The Digital Dealer Mastermind on May 1 from 1 to 4 pm (exclusively for dealership executives/owners, GMs and GSMs; and OEMs) is a chance to connect and learn from fellow dealers.
  • Deep Dives – Explore topics in-depth during 90-minute deep dives that take you from core fundamentals to more advanced strategies and approaches.
